At the EFERM, our guiding motto, "Pay for their Education NOW, or pay for their lawyers LATER," underscores the vital importance of investing in the education and support of at-risk youth at an early stage to prevent potential legal entanglements later in life.
We firmly believe that by providing quality education, mentorship, and opportunities to at-risk youth today, we can help them build a solid foundation for a brighter future. OUR PURPOSE
The E.F.E.R.M. is dedicated to serving as a public initiative aimed at preventing tragic instances of incarceration and promoting crime reduction in communities throughout the United States. E.F.E.R.M., which stands for "Ex-Felon Entrepreneurship Retail Museum of Avoidance," showcases the narrative of EFERM's journey through its exhibit, The "E.F.E.R.M. Story Book," presented within the museum. When individuals embark on the "Breaking Out of The Box Tour" at EFERM, they will have the opportunity to explore a multitude of pathways that empower personal autonomy and self-efficacy, all while gaining insights on how to preserve their freedom without compromising it for financial gain.
